feeding mixed Front/comps tank

Hi,

I have a 180g with adult Fronts and 6 WC alto. comprecisseps. My fronts are usually fed 3 times/week but my new comps were fed everyday 2 times/day by the breeder.  I've been juggling with this problem by feeding daily 1mm NLS pellets but not sure this is the right way. What should be my feeding schedule as to avoid overfeeding my Fronts?
