Modular Mechanical with Eheim Pro II ?

Hi everyone,

Well, after running a Diatom XL filter On and Off for a week or so, I've decided to return it (if I can).  It's not that it was doing a bad job, not at all, it's just that it's not practical for me so now I'm wondering if anyone has ever used a Pentair Aquatics Mechanical module and hook it up to a Eheim Pro II 2026 return flow?  I was also thinking of adding on the heater module so I wouldn't have a heater hanging in my tank anymore.  My other Eheim Pro II 2026 now has a UV unit connected to it but I need a little help with water polishing.  My tank is a 125 gal.

Anyone have any thoughts/experience with these modules?
