"Dechloraminators" and Infusoria

I didn't realize that Prime kills Infusoria? Is this true? If so, can anyone recommend a dechlorinator that does not kill micro-critters?

If you avoid Amquel, Prime, or other such dechloraminators (they all kill micro-critters)
