actually we set up two..

thanks to ottawadiscus, picked up a bunch of cherry shrimp and a tone of easy to care for plants today, for very inexpensive.

1. low tech beta bowl (for the contest)
gravel, and some smooth stones
­­blue male beta
4 cherry shrimp
couple plants

2. was going to do a 10g, but decided to go with a 2.5g pico
low tech tank, mini filter, very little light
gravel, and bunch of smooth stones
10+ cherry shrimp
2-3 diff types of plants


thanks again to ottawadiscus, went to his place today, he has a great 220 planted tank. but his basement is the hidden gem that people will have to look out for in the near future. he has some beautiful +++ grade shrimp on the go. cant wait till he start taking orders. ill be first on the list.

Wow Vince surprise you made the pass over from the dark side... LOL Seriously ever need any tips just shout I ran a nano planted tank for quite some time successfully. Zima bought it from me bet he'd have some advise too... They are fun a beautiful but a little more work than a larger sort of like a nano s/w but cheaper and easier.
