Why you not opening today?

Drove 45 minuets in freezing rain only find out store is closed, 6:40pm Monday.

It appears that a prolong power failure in the area forced the closure, I was informed the store has reopened  when the power was restored at 7.00 PM.

Sorry folks. Our power went out at about 1:30 and did not come back on until almost 7.

hi Jody,
I was there at 6:30ish waited outside for 10 minutes, there is no single car in the parking lot and no sign on the door indicates it's shut down or opening or temporary closed due to power failure, no message left in OVAS and big als Ottawa website. when i got there from outside i can see the lights on tanks are on and neighbour stores are opening, very confused. I don't know if i should stay waiting or just go...

Hope in the future we can have some sort of notice at least,
