From what I hear, the green ones are best...  Not sure what makes then any different from the other colors, but...   They will get into the crevices that hermit crabs can't get into and clean up your rock real nice.

I've got HUNDREDS of micro white ones in my fuge... They are real fun to watch, and I've been told that their population adjusts as needed... if  you overfeed,  you'll get more.  When everything is cleaned up, they die off...
