Redoing email, need addresses!

Hey gang, I managed to toast one of my HD, and now of course, after a reformat and reinstall of WinXPPro, I've lost my address book etc.

So far I'm having a hard time finding the appropriate profile file in Thunderbird from my backup discs, so was wondering if those of you that I've been in contact with before could please email me so I can re-add you?
