New feature - Attach a file to your post

[OVAS]

A new feature that allows you to attach files to your posts has been added to the Bulletin Board.

Images smaller than 640x480 will be displayed inline within the post.

This feature should be used in support of your posts.  If you want to create a gallery of your images please use the photo gallery.
