can you explain to people where to send their preregistration list by email, and what the deadline is ?

Hi Art,

That's a very good question.  Rather than answering here I'll direct your attention to the OVAS front page where it is all explained.

I encourage all vendors to pre-register.  It'll save you a lot of time when you check in.  

It's not a lot of fun when you come in and your list of items goes to the bottom of the stack of item lists and then you have to wait 45 minutes for your item labels.

Avoid the wait and pre-register!

How one could be sure you received the list, that was sent?

I'll reply to the emails when I process them (not when I receive them) but bring a coy of your list or email with you to the auction just in case.

So far I've only received lists from Vitali and Robin so I anticiate the wait for item labels will be long on Sunday morning.
