good quality brine shrimp eggs

hey! my copperband butterfly fish is not feeding well. all it does is swim around and look for natural food on live rocks.
i tried frozen food of ALL TYPES. but it refuses to eat any.
i was think maybe it will be better if i feed the fish some live BBS.
but based on my experience from the past, brine shrimp eggs from big al's only turn out about 2 or 5% hatch rate.....
i bought some brine shrimp eggs from a guy on kijiji about four years ago and it had like 95% hatch rate. the eggs are now too old to hatch anything.
does anyone  on here know where i can find some good quality brine shrimp eggs?

I have had extreme success with the eggs bought from BA about a month back.  The batch was hatching for about 2-2 weeks straight - i was draining the babies daily.

I suggest giving them another shot!
