Question About Membership?

I was wondering if there was ever going to be longer term memberships?
As an example: 2 year or 5 year or even a lifetime membership.
The OFNC (Ottawa Field Naturalists Club) lifetime membership fee is $500.00

OVAS had offered lifetime memberships in the past.  Currently, as we deal with our increasing growing pains, it is easier for the club to manage yearly renewals.
