New meeting location for the 2023/2024 Season will be at J.A. Dulude arena.  Meetings start at 7 pm.

sale function this year so that I can renew the membership?

Yes!  It's in the planning process now.  Many of the execs are on holidays now so when we're all back, we'll be posting the final arrangements.
