Vertex skimmers

Anyone skimming with these? Id love to hear your experience. Im thinking of selling my coralife and getting one of these.

No experience with the Vertex, but I do have an Octopus Recirc, which is similar to the Vertex.  I'm extremely pleased with it.

A number of our sponsors carry both brands.

No experience with the Vertex, I have heard pretty good things on RC. Do check out the Octopus/ MSX/SWC line as well. Sponsors carry the Octopus line quite heavily in Ottawa. They are all the same skimmer just rebranded. I got my SWC Extreme 200 from SWC in Manitoba, $379.44 CAD including taxes and shipping!

I think Ray carries the Vertex line?

vertex has better finish and looks to be higher quality also, for our 70+30sump kit we use the vertex in80 and they are working fine, no complains on performance, 0 problems/breaking down so far.
