LF new tank build plants needed

hi everyone i am starting a new planted tank and am on a small budget was wondering if anyone has some plants and good substrate like stratum im doing a 10 gallon and need pretty much everything for either hard scape or soft scape i have my tank and filter as well as light just looking for what goes in the tank can pay if price isn't to bad or if possible looking for some plant donations xmas is coming and im a student and dont make allot of cash thanks
