Bloat / PLEASE DELETE, FOUND ANSWER AND ADVICE ELSEWHERE!

I've been busy with work this week, it's been crazy and I haven't given my fish the amount of attention they normally get. Sadly I lost a fish to bloat, I have no idea how long he's been like this as my wife did the feeding the last few days and I've gotten home after lights out. All but one of the other fish seem to be though this one has an eye that is slightly cloudy, not a symptom of bloat as far as I know. Guess my question is, what could it be and how do I treat it?
