Auction labels

Do I need to provide my own labels for the stuff I'm bringing? (3 bags of plants.) If so, what needs to be on it?

It's easiest if you provide your own labels.  You can write with a marker on the bag if you want.

All OVAS needs is that you put an item number on the label but your item will sell better if you put a description on the label (such as the plant type).

The item number should be made up of your initials and a number. eg. MS1, MS2, MS3, etc.

Also you'll need to prepare a sheet with a list of your items (item number and description). Be sure to put your name and phone number on the sheet.  You can use the following form if you want but any sheet of paper will do.

It's best if you get every thing ready before coming to the meeting but if you don't we will have everything available to get you setup.
