Giant Auction 2006 Pre-Registration

If you are NOT selling any items there is no need to pre-register but to speed up the registration process print out the
registration form here http://ovas.ca/mod/fileman/files/giant_auction_2006_-_registration_sheet.pdf fill it out, and bring it with you to the auction.  

Vendors only:

If you ARE selling items. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but is not required.  As an incentive, those who pre-register on Feb 28, March 01, March 02 will receive 12 free door prize raffle tickets. Those who pre-register March 03, 04 will receive 6 door prize raffle tickets.

To pre-register:

1. Print out the registration form here http://ovas.ca/mod/fileman/files/giant_auction_2006_-_registration_sheet.pdf  fill it out, and bring it with you to the auction.

2. Create an email with a list of the items you will be selling and email it to me (Art) at  before Saturday March 4 at 5:00pm.

Include your name, address and phone number and a list of what you will be selling including a minimum reserve bid if desired.  You can see a sample item list email here: http://ovas.ca/mod/fileman/files/giant_auction_2006_-_email_prereg.pdf

When I receive your information I will prepare your item labels and bidder number and have them ready and waiting for you when you arrive at the auction.

HOWEVER, do bring a printed copy of your email with your item list in case I didn't receive your email.

If there are a few items you are unsure of put them on the list anyways and then on auction day just return to me any labels you didn't use so I can remove them from the inventory.

If you have a few things you forgot to put on the list, no problem, just give me a list with just the extra things and I'll create labels for those items.

I have received 13 pregistrations as of today,  which is excellent.  Please, keep them coming.  Those who register today and tomorrow will receive 6 free door prize raffle tickets.  Remember preregistration closes at 5pm Mar 04.  Any lists sent to me after that time will be registered normally Sunday.
