forgive my ignorance, but what does «bump» means when it appears in the Classified ads?  thanks.

It is the term that describes someone who replies to their own thread to "bump" it back up to the top of the classifieds.

You can post anything... three dots, a smiley face, and adjustment in price, or just mentioning that it is still available. I would refrain from "bumping" your ad more than once every few days, though.
