Ever heard of "Cichlid Fish Secrets" e-book?

In doing some searches online, one of the ads that keep coming up is for "http://www.cichlidfishsecrets.com/".

It offers an e-Book full of advice and tips and keeping and breeding cichlids successfully. Has anyone downloaded this e-Book? Has anyone heard if this was worth it, or if it's a fraud? The author, Mike Logan, is selling this for $28 USD. The topics seem legit...

Let me know if you've heard of this, or again, if you have an alternate great book or source for keeping cichlids successfully.

Yep - I often consult Cichlid-forum as well.
I was looking at the topics in the book, and certainly all the main issues are dealt with ...
Anyways, just wanting to see whether anyone has purchsed the eBook or heard good/bad things about it.
