Hi,

A few months ago I bought 4 "Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos (Maingano) Electric Blue Johanniis" from Big Al's.

Now, I can say that:
- 2 look authentic,
- 1 is lacking a strong horizontal bar, but is of good colouration (perhaps non-dominant male?)
- the last one is a female (had fry), however it doesn't look like it's supposed to... It looks exactly as the attached picture.  I am pretty sure that the male that fertalized the eggs was a PS Elongatus Chewere.  The fry is still only a couple of weeks old, but they look like the mother...

For the mystery female (picture attached), can you help me identify it?  I read on a similar posting that it could be a "hybrid".

thanks
