How old do fish have to be when taken in for trade or at what point in their growth? speaking of sail fin mollies, mollies, guppies, platies, swords, cory doras and ghost shrimp?
thanks  :)

I've taken in fish before, swordtails, and they have to be at least an inch long in order to get re-imbursed for them. I'm about to take my cichlid juvies in, and most of them are around an inch long. Hope this helps

Might I suggest that rather than taking your livestock into BA, or another LFS, why not offer them for sale or trade in the online classifieds.  You wont get any less for them, and they are likely going to go straight to a place that would know how to look after them...

Just a thought.....

If you do choose to bring them in, all of the livebearers must be 1" (not including tail), about 3/4" for the cories and any size on the ghost shrimp, but we can't give any credit for them.

Why is there no credit for inverts?  I've always been curious.
