Many of you probably saw this on a newsfeed recently but I thought it was worth posting here. This link features a number of videos featuring the bobbit worm, feeding. Take a look...interesting how the octopus doesn't seem to be to its liking.
As well, if you've ever seen the King Kong film with Jack Black, the scene with the giant insects and man eating water worms must have been inspired by this critter.
