Cleaned out Art's old canister filter and...

Hey Art I finally got around to cleaning out the canister filter that you sold with the tank and lo and behold it contained a very nice 2" M. estherea. He is doing very well considering the sheltered life he lead in the growout tank with the lithobates and the demasonis.

On the other hand I seemed to have killed the male S. fryeri. He hadn't been looking all that well and I noticed a few little white theads attatched to him so the whole tank underwent KMnO4 treatment and he didn't make it. So I guess something was really wrong. Everyone else is fine and the bristlenose plecos seem to be in a romantic mood...
