oooooh.. Fry in the filter

Today, while cleaning my canister filter, I've found a panda cory fry .... Just one...

He is ~5-6 mm and I would assume thats about 2-3 weeks. What should I do with it?

I've got a 20 gal tank and 10 gal. All of te panda cories reside in the 20 gal tank with some tetras. 10 gal tank - there are only 2 amano shrimps in it.

Which tank should I put him in?
Next time, how do I determine when they are breeding?
