Why is it that Tremblant now has an aquarium and Ottawa doesn't??

We should be ashamed... at least Toronto and Vancouver have world-renown zoos where their kids can go and learn. All we have are a bunch of dusty books and suits! It sux and I really don't know what I pay my taxes for.... Ottawa's world class a world class city? My but!  :cry:
