OVAS Member Vote on Monday

Please take note that their will be two motions for the membership to vote on at the next meeting of OVAS on Monday March 26, 2007.  The motions involve a modification to the positions of the Executive Committee as well as an introduction of a definition of quorum.

There will be an explanation of the motions prior to, and I will field any questions before presenting the motions.
