Folks the sponsor forums are in place for the sponsor to add business related posts i.e. specials, new arrivals. Also for users to post questions regarding stock, pricing, directions, business related issues. Please don't post for other reasons in these forums.

The sponsors pay for these extra forums to offer you information & reply to requests. They can be locked for Read Only but that would prevent posting questions to the vendor. Would you want them posting negative issues in your threads about you?

If you have a issue with a sponsor's operation, service, employee, etc. I strongly recommend you contact that vendor's manager/owner. I know that the issue will be considered seriously. You can use a PM to contact the vendor or their e-mail as well instead of calling them. Everyone is human so patients & consideration should prevail.
