Help with wet/dry trickle tower sump

Hi everyone,

Is anyone versed in making a nice wet/dry trickle tower for a sump (and would be willing to share the expertise/help with the build)? I am looking to set one up (doesn't have to be large) for my 65 gallon tank.

Primary reasoning is oxygen and filtration - not water volume.
