how to setup gallery photos

You have to be a member of the OVAS (the club) before you can set up a gallery.  $20 a year - it's a great deal!

If you are a member, then the system is not recognizing you as such.  Under your name, before your level, you would see the  words OVAS Club Member.  As per below...
