CO2 pressurised system questions

For people out there who have pressurised CO2, did you buy the regulators somewhere locally and build your own system or did you get a kit offered by an aquarium plant place? If so where?

Both my setups were pre-built.

If it's your first setup, best off to get something pre-packaged and sealed up right.
