Moss for South American tank?

What type of moss would you suggest for a South American theme tank?

Any or all of them.  Really it depends on what type of fish you are planning to keep for two reasons

1) Heat requirements (if this is a discus tank some mosses don't do well at all with that heat)

2) Types of livestock kept (SAE's, amano shrimp and many others are notable moss munchers)
