I noticed that the clock on the forum is an hour slow, and was wondering if anyone could adjust it accordingly.

Even though the forum board should automatically update, you can change it yourself.

Click on Profile and click on Look and Layout Preferences. In the Time Offset field, put in -1. Click on Change Profile. Close and reopen and it should be fine.
