Pregnant ghost shrimp

I've picked up a bunch of ghost shrimp lately for my smaller tank (36g).  I noticed one is loaded with eggs.  Well today I picked up more and 3 more or loaded with eggs. 

I have no experience raising fry of any kind.  I would like to try to raise them but don't have slightest idea.  I've been doing research on it.  I don't have an extra breeder tank.

I picked up a breeder box today at pet smart.  I was thinking I could put the moms in there with some java moss and hornwort (I think that is what it is called).  Would this work? Or is it a futile effort?

Also how do I tell if the eggs are viable? The one shrimp I got today the eggs look greenish, the others are more clear.
