I have worked here since 1999, and some of the sales are better than I have ever seen!

I went to your sale today to buy some livestock but left store empty handed as the wait time to get an employee to catch some fish was unacceptable so then went to front of store to buy a python gravel cleaner but saw the line at cash was 8 long.
Next tine you have a sale,have more staff working
I was there today, yes they were busy but I found the staff coped well.
I think it's par for the course at any store with a good sale.

Sorry that the lines were long today, figuring out exact staffing is always difficult for a sale.
Yesterday we had times with line ups and other times when people were helped right away. We always tend to jump around to aleviate lines as much as possible, take sure every one is getting quick but excellent service.
