Wooden door pivot hinge

I have exhausted all the big name box Hardware stores looking for 2 pairs of wooden cabinet door pivot hinges,
does anyone have a lead to source of these/

He says it looks like something used on glass doors for entertainment units. Sorry not much help.

It`s the ones my aquarium cabinet came with, I took them off a while ago & failed to screw them on the doors ............

Try Preston Hardware .... I found pivoting hing hardware that worked a saloon style door to a dental exam room.

Thanks Ron, but they did not have it either, the good folks @ Home Depot came through via special order.
