PC Fixture parts

I am retrofitting two existing hoods on my 55G tank with a dual 55W PC lamp installation.  I already have the ballast, reflectors and end caps which I purchased from the classifieds here.

I am looking for two items: 

- PC lamp clips to hold the lamp in place
- Ceramic washers/spacers to isolate the metal reflector from my plastic hood.

Anybody know where I can find these locally?  If not, any mail-order shops that won't charge more for shipping than these parts are worth?
