Using PH test for other uses

We just got a request at work for the PH on one of our products; I was wondering if I can use my regular aquarium test kit to figure out what it is?  The product is a Freezer Soap (cleans the floors in the big walk-in freezers, without freezing up), and the main ingredients are water, methanol, and soap.  Would it work?
