Title: Cold water nano tank advice

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has advice for what livestock and plants to recommend for a cold water nano tank? I have been reading some articles for guidance but am curious if anyone has personal experience.  Thanks.

How nano is a nano to you? I only ask because the definition seems to differ by person.
