This is why I quarantine for several weeks!  Some of my boxing day fish (the yellow rainbows) have got a case of fungus.  They're in with the Brochius cory cats and kuhli loaches, which is why I'm looking for alternative medication solutions.  My usual treatment of salt and Malechite Green is not applicable because of the cory cats.

I bought some Mardel and some Pima Fix.  What one is best?

I would go with Pima Fix - I have found it to be very gentle on the ecosystem.  Follow the directions exactly.

My Australian Rainbows seem to get fungus quite often - it just comes & goes.  I don't medicate at all for this.

agreed with the pima fix, and I didn't medicate my cories when the got fungus and they all died within a week :\
