Pregnant otto! If this is really the case, what do I do?

So, it appears that one of my two Otto's is pregnant. What do I need to do to ensure a successful laying and survival of eggs? If it's possible...?

Unfortunately i think it may have bloat or something similar

Although I do have catfish, I don't have any Otto. I googled out of curiosity.  Quite a few other results seem to say that big bellies are happy Otto's and to jump to bloat may be hasty.

It's also apparently very rare if at all, for these fish to breed in captivity.  They don't live bear, they spawn so.. I'm going with the better option of well fed (but do your research).
