Title: 75 Gallon African Cichlid/90 Gallon Community
Post by: Craenos on September 21, 2017, 11:02:59 PM
Hello everyone new member here.

I figured I'd throw up a pic of the lake malawi build I just finished tonight for some feedback as well as my 90 community lightly planted tank that's been up and running since May.

On the 75 I use an aquaclear 110 and an emperor 400 so lot's of room to breath in regards to filtration.  I am still waiting for the 75 african to cycle before I stock it but the plan was a few peacocks and a nice school of Pseudotropheus Saulosi.  However this will be my first time keeping african cichlids so if anyone has any recommendations on species they prefer or even better has some fish for sale please let me know.

The 90 is stocked with 6 marble veil angels, 6 electric blue german rams, 22 galaxy rasboras, 8 spotted blue eyes, and 6 julii corydoras.  I'm using an ehiem 2217 for filtration.  Sorry for the glare on the 90 pic.
