As some of you know I raise South African Boer goats for meat.
We've finally got our first kids of the season, a buck and a doe from a
first time mom. She did the job all on her own and is doing a great job
mothering them.
At one time I had 67 animals, but age forced me to downsize to 42 this past summer and then we bought a cottage in October, so we downsized again to a mere 2 does in the fall.
Our guard donkey is really old and didn't want to get rid of her so we kept the 2 goats to keep her company.
I'll get pics in the morning since I'm not so good at taking them at 2am :D.
