Need help for my Cacatouides pistogarmma

Hello everyone!
I have some problems with my cacatouides apistograma. I brought them home as a pair on friday. I have been introduce to the tank slowly and gentle, everything seem fine until today evening, been two days nothing happen.
The male seem really weak and tire, acting weird, and sometime upside down swim.
Does anyone had the same problems or having any solution to help me plz?

Is this a new tank and all new water set up ?  Perhaps problems with KH and PH  .  Have you checked also checked your water for ammonia  and what type of water conditioner are you using.  Seachem Prime only detoxifies ammonia for 48 hours.   Hope all improves.
