Warning, warning, incoming newb question ::)
I have some "green stuff" appearing on my rock - is it some kind of algae? If it is algae, what can I get to take care of it?
I haven't been able to get a good pic of it.
Thanks,
Andrew
My guess would be cyanobacteria? Does it look like a film?
I wouldn't describe it as a film no. Although I wouldn't rule out that it might become like one, it seems to be in the its early stages.
Thanks,
Andrew
Try these links, pics might help identify it

Here's a picture.
Can anyone identify:
- the blue-green stuff in the upper right by the astrea
- the red stuff in the middle
- the green stuff in the middle
Thanks,
Andrew

All looks liek various kinds of coralline algae to me.
That would be cool - there is a lot of this kind of stuff showing up in the tank lately!
