plz post what do you feed your tank and whats your fav, i'll go first:

for reef:

frozen mysis (twice a wk)
frozen baby brine shrimp (once a wk)
live/frozen phytoplankton (daily)
dried cyclopeze powder (five times a wk)
reef roids (three times a wk)

for fish:

wardley's goldfish flake (twice a day/ small qty)
nori aka sushi wrap seaweed (three times a wk)
frozen mysis (three times a wk)
cyclopeze flake (three times a wk)
beef heart (less than once per wk)

somedays i dont feed them anything, frozen mysis is the best food ever imo, i am looking to try pingpong's frozen dried mysis, hear good things about it, thanks.

Mysis
NLS Flake
Cyclopeeze Bar

I alternate the above; I am very happy with the flake and it is enriched with garlic.
