Unfortunately, he missed the last event. I am going to be sending him a reminder a day or two before the event, as well as a couple the day off (as per his request).

Sorry to be dense - but where is this 'chat' going to take place? Do we just go to the flashchat link? Or is it somewhere else? Is it a physical or an on-line location. I can't seem to find anything that clarifies for me.
