Title: Places to buy new/used aquarium stands
Post by: Ormarr on October 17, 2007, 12:59:44 PM
Hey,

I'm looking for an aquarium stand to accomodate a 50g (36x18) tank.  I would prefer a nice wooden stand and was wondering where are good places to buy reasonably priced wooden stands?  I don't mind buying used.  I would build myself, but do not have the tools or room for that at the moment.  That will have to wait until I guess my own house.

Thanks!

I guess about the best place would be in the classified on this site.
Just put an ad saying LF: Wooden stand for a 50 gal. aquarium, giving measurements and sit back and wait.

If you want a new one Big Al's on Innes Rd. has some, although they may be out of your price range.

Try pm'ing fender316.
If he has time he is an excellent carpenter and im sure he could build you a nice stand.

Thanks.  I picked up one of the Stingray stands at Big Als.  I'll definitely look into building my own in the future though.
