Thanks for posting.  I watched it and it is about a 1/2 hour long but is well worth the time.

I watched it yesterday (got the same e-mail), and it is quite good, especially for beginners.

i also got this, i really don`t agree with the term low matainence, if i look at it in relation to my high matainence set up ( as some will deem it to be) for the following reasons, you are still spending time dosing the tank everyday, you are still doing large water changes every week & even though you are not injecting CO2 , you are still spending cash purchasing carbon supplements( which can get pretty expensive on larger tanks)

My high mantainence set ups require all the same , exept dosing carbon supplement .
Just my take
