Title: Tank Drilling.
Post by: C-Dog on October 13, 2008, 01:27:31 PM
Hey guys, so i looked on the internet at bulkheads to see what size of hole i needed for a 1" bullkhead, and they all said 1-3/4" hole. So thats what i did and to my suprise, the bullkheads i got through my dads work require a 2" hole.
Any thoughts on how to make my hole 1/4" bigger? or should i just get new bulkheads?

thanks, Corey

There are different types of bulkheads rnaging from really cheap and thin to hugely thick schedule 80. Yours is probably on the thicker end of the spectrum.

Most bulkheads only require a 1" bulkhead though.
