I am trying to make some PMDD for my plants.
What are the best recipes and the best supply shops here in Ottawa?

I found the following hydroponics store in Ottawa: http://www.hydroponix.com/, any comments?

there is a hydroponic store down on Hunt Club and Antares, near the World heart building. I think it's called Homegrown Hydroponics. there is also a store on Merivale Road just north of Clyde.
ask for KNO3, KH2SO4, and the chelated iron mix. They might give you an odd look if you tell them you are growing aquarium plants. just tell them you are growing "tomatoes" .

The following stores sell the components as opposed to a pre-mix at a fair price. I have found these two best.
